  • Property condition
  • Market condition
HOME INSPECTOR
He or she will check the property and report the physical conditions of the property as requested by buyer, lender or owner.

ESCROW OFFICER

He or she will prepare all the paperwork required by buyer, lender, seller, title company, record all the legal documents as required, disburse all necessary funds after closing.

LOAN CONSULTANT

Works with the agent to pre-qualify buyer and find the finance that best fit the client's needs

TITLE COMPANY

Provides the clear title for the property. This will protect buyer and lender from any clouds on the title.
